I was responsible for terrain creation and assisting with zone development. The base layers (global normal and albedo) of the terrain were generated using Gaea. Most of the zones were then manually painted using satellite map references and the Photoshop brush tool.
For each zone/biome, I created custom material sets and different shader setups.
